Each correct answer will earn your team one point, resulting in a potential 50 points if you play the perfect game.
The excitement doesn't just stop there. There's more. NYC Trivia League adds an extra layer of competition with its bonus point system. Every day, the top 25 teams get more points, with the most successful teams getting five bonus points and the subsequent 15 gaining 3. Over the course of the week top 50 teams also receive bonus points, with the top 25 getting 10 and the bottom 25 getting 5.
To calculate your league score, we take your base score and adjust it to a 100-point scale with 15 bonus points offered each week. For example, a perfect starting score of fifty points is multiplied by 85, and then the bonus points are added to increase the score to 100.
